## Description

To undertake the demolition of the former care home known as Greengarth EPH, Bridge Lane, Penrith\. Demolition is to include the removal of any sub structures, foundations, redundant drainage and hardstanding areas\. The demolition and clearance of the building is to be completed by the end of June 2021\.
