GB-London: Minor Works contract

Description

The Facilities Management Department within IWM is looking to set up Framework Contracts with no more than three suppliers per 'Lot' category to cover its Minor Works requirements over the next two years (with an option to extend for a further two years). As stated, IWM branches are geographically spread across London, Duxford (Cambridgeshire) and North (Manchester), so IWM is looking for suppliers to be able to price competitively and react quickly to each of these branches' requirements as some of the work is planned and some of it is of a reactive nature. Suppliers are invited to bid against each Lot as stated, bearing in mind the geographical nature of the branches and that there will be up to three contractors appointed to cover each area; e.g. three for B&CE at London, three at Duxford and three at North. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
