Lewisham Town Hall Chamber Affordable workspace

Expression of interest for the provision of affordable workspace. The provider to deliver a creative, digital, and cultural workspace from the Town Hall Chambers in Catford. As part of the Broadway Theatre site the Council is keen for the site to become a creative hub. The Council will be seeking a provider that has experience in dealing with the creative sector and understanding of listed buildings.

Additional information: Lewisham Council will be seeking to procure an affordable workspace provider to deliver a creative, digital, and cultural workspace from the Town Hall Chambers in Catford. As part of the Broadway Theatre site the Council is keen for the site to become a creative hub. The Council will be seeking a provider that has experience in dealing with the creative sector and understanding of listed buildings.

The EOI session will be a chance for providers to view the site and ask some initial questions about the workspace and the Councils aims/objectives.

The EOI will be a tour-based event with one-hour bookable slots, the tour slots will not be a closed format and you could be an on a tour with another interested party. The EOI tour will be attended by Council staff from the Economy, Jobs and Partnerships team and the Broadway Theatre team.

The slots available are: 12-1pm 1pm-2pm 2pm-3pm 3pm-4pm 4pm-5pm
