## Description

The Authority wishes to award a contract for the provision of Legal Services for the administration of the North Yorkshire Pension Fund, \(\\"the Contract\\"\)\. The Contract will be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further period of 2 years\. Therefore the total possible Contract duration is 5 years \(3 \+ 2\)\. 1st September 2017 to 31st August 2020 \(initial period\) \+ 1st September 2020 to 31st August 2022
