Cold Harbour and Wavendon Schools Plant Room - AWARD

Suppliers may bid for one or both projects. The Authority has secured funding the following projects: o Replacement of the gas fired heating and hot water generation plant at Cold Harbour C of E Primary School (Plant Room 1) o Replacement of the gas fired heating plant at Wavendon Gate School (Plant Room 2) The Project Objectives are to ensure that: o The replacement Gas fired heating and hot water generation plant meet the requirements of the gas regulations and associated Building Regulations. o Works are to enhance the School Buildings by upgrading poor condition elements. o Works are to improve the energy efficiency of the School Buildings in accordance with Building Regulations Part L. o All mechanical plant is installed in line with the manufacturer's guidelines including access requirements for maintenance o All equipment supplied and installed are to be those specified or equal and approved. o Works are carried out in compliance with CDM Regulations 2015, to ensure the health and safety of contractors, workers and end users of the property. o Works are completed on time, within budget and to a high quality.
