## Description

Walsall Council requires a supplier to supply, deliver and collect temporary cabins/buildings when election events take place\. Approximately 21 temporary cabins will be required for each election\. The cabins shall be serviced during the Election Day for minor repairs on the building or furniture as required\. The contract is due to commence in October 2020 for an initial 3 year period, with options to extend the contract for a further two 12 month periods\. The contract will be procured using an open procurement procedure\. All interested suppliers will need to download, complete and submit tender documents from the Council's electronic tendering portal\. The deadline for submission of completed tenders is Monday 3 August 2020 at 12:00 midday\. Additional information: This process will be managed through Walsall Council's electronic tendering portal\. Documents should only be downloaded from, and submitted through, this portal\.
