## Description

The objective of this contract is to provide existing staff with Apprenticeship qualifications via the Apprenticeship Levy\. Apprenticeships will play a significant part in our future organisation as we develop and grow around changing needs and expectations of our community\. Having the right leaders and managers with the right skills, behaviours, qualities and attributes for the future is paramount to the success of Avon Fire & Rescue Service\.
