## Description

The Services being procured are Main Contractor services, for the development of a new Coventry 50m Swimming Pool and Enhancement of Associated Public Leisure Facilities\. The new facility will be located at the existing Alan Higgs Centre, the existing facility will be refurbished to house new swimming pool facilities and to enhance some of the existing dry side areas\. The Alan Higgs Centre will potentially also soon be the site of the potential new Wasps training ground development, which is due to be constructed during 2017\. This building will be constructed to the South of the existing building\.
