## Description

The requirement is for a highly qualified and experienced contractor \(or contractors\) to undertake a process and impact evaluation of the Civil, Family and Tribunal \(CFT\) services that have been digitised as part of reform\. The evaluation aims to understand how new digital services across HMCTS are working, and where possible, to understand what impact digitisation has had on users of specified services and their ability to access justice\.
