## Description

RBC is seeking a Contractor to undertake the Replacement of first generation plastic double glazed Windows and Doors with new PVCu windows and doors\. The tender has been split into 2 Lots based on geographical dispersion to better satisfy Health and Safety requirements and make for more efficient setting up of site compounds and welfare units\. Lot 1 comprises of properties in the Tilehurst geographical area as per attached list of properties while Lot 2 comprise of Southcote, Whitely and Caversham as per attached list of properties\. A single tenderer is not expected to win both lots i\.e\. each lot is expected to be won by a different tenderer even though Tenderers are able to submit a tender for both lots\.
