Human-Centric Communication Engagement Platform to create regular communication touchpoints within the Council's communities. This contract starts on 1 August 2021 and ends on 31 July 2022. There are three available annual extensions, therefore if all extensions were taken the total length of the contract would be for four years (1+1+1+1).
