## Description

Crawley Borough Council \(the Council\) in partnership with the Town Centre Business Improvement District \(BID\) invites tenders for the provision of a Christmas lighting scheme as described in the Specification\. The Contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years until Summer 2024 with an option to extend for a further 1 year period subject to performance and at the absolute discretion of the Council\. The Council and BID are looking for a contractor to provide a new and innovative Christmas Lighting scheme which is technically up-to-date, reflects Crawley's new town heritage and meets the current annual budget allocation of £40,000\. It is important that the scheme is attractive but needs to be respectful of current austerity measures whilst still attracting visitors to the town\.
