Work description
London Borough of Waltham Forest would like to appoint Atkins to deliver a feasibility study to pedestrianise Albert Crescent. The commission will work in the following deliverables: 1: Baseline 2: Review the existing outline strategic cycle network for Chingford Mount and how it connects to the existing network 3: Feasibility of pedestrianising Albert Crescent: Optioneering 4- Developed Preferred option
