HM799 Reactive/Voids Maintenance - Specialist Contractors

Wiltshire Council (The Council) wishes to commission single trade Building & Maintenance Contractors onto a to support the Housing Repairs Department in relation to the repairs to its Housing Stock across the County.

The contracts will be for day to day repairs works to occupied properties, empty properties, garages and communal areas in support of the Direct Works Team with the single trades being: Lot 1: Scaffolding. Erection, inspection and dismantling of scaffolding to allow for maintenance of individual homes and blocks of flats generally associated with roofing repairs. Lot 2:Flat Roofing. Repairs to flashings and roofs on a responsive basis. Lot 3:Roofing. Repairs to flashings, roofing components and roofs on a responsive basis. Lot 4:Void Clearance. Clearance of gardens, landscaping and tree works. Clearance inside properties and removal of rubbish from estates Lot 5:Void Cleaning. Cleaning of void properties and communal areas to a high standard and environmental cleaning. Lot 6:PVCuU Works. Repairs to and replacement of windows and doors. Replacement of double glazed units all on a reactive basis. Lot 7:Garage Doors. Repairs to and replacement of garage doors on a reactive basis. Lot 8:Flooring. Sheet vinyl, carpeting and floor tiles. Sub-floor works as needed all on a reactive basis. Lot 9:Pest Control. Reactive and cyclical works for pest control and associated works. Environmental cleans. There will be one supplier per lot.
