Richmond Housing Partnership \(RHP\) is seeking a Development Partner with whom they will deliver a regeneration of Ham Close, a residential estate in Richmond, London\. The project seeks to deliver up to 452 new homes, community facilities and environmental improvements\. The homes will re-provide for the existing residents alongside additional affordable, intermediate and private sale\.
