GB-Maidstone: Provision of Board Portal solution

Golding needs to procure a Board Portal solution and compatible mobile hardware. We are looking to appoint a service provider who can:- - Project manage and deliver both solutions, or a board portal solution and recommend compatible mobile hardware. - Work alongside Golding SMT and ICT teams to deliver a seamless handover. - Engage with our Board and senior management team to handle a smooth transition from a paper based solution to a paperless solution. - Provide adequate training on their software product to enable all users of the software to confidently use the solution without any assistance. - Provide assurance relating to security and software governance regarding GDPR. - Host the board portal solution, within a highly secure environment within EU jurisdiction.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
