The Housing Maintenance Team \(HMT\) has a requirement for the repair and replacement of wholesome water services above & below ground, to include large-scale water pipelines \(e\.g\. multi-occupancy buildings, flats, schools offices\) to council owned properties throughout the Dudley Borough\.
