Description
DVLA invited suppliers via CCS Framework RM6257 Security-Physical, Technical and Support Services who could undertake a Vehicle Dynamic Assessment (VDA) using the Hostile Vehicle Velocity Assessment (HoVVA) tool to determine the holistic risk to site from a Vehicle as a Weapon (VaW) or a Vehicle-borne Improvised Explosive Device (VBIED).
