## Description

DVLA invited suppliers via CCS Framework RM6257 Security-Physical, Technical and Support Services who could undertake a Vehicle Dynamic Assessment \(VDA\) using the Hostile Vehicle Velocity Assessment \(HoVVA\) tool to determine the holistic risk to site from a Vehicle as a Weapon \(VaW\) or a Vehicle-borne Improvised Explosive Device \(VBIED\)\.
