Response and Repair DPS (Property Services)

Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is the use of an electronic system (Delta e-sourcing portal) to provide access to new and existing Potential Suppliers to a type of framework, whereby any new Potential Suppliers can join at any time during the DPS period.

Applicants are required to state their preference for which trades they wish to bid for when submitting their response to the DPS. Applicants will only be invited to tender for those lots for which they have selected and for which they have been shortlisted.

The questionnaire is accessible to all Potential Bidders who submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) through the Delta e-Sourcing portal. The DPS process is being conducted in accordance with the DPS Restricted Procedure of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended).
