GB-Loughborough: New T Level Building

Description

Loughborough College wishes to put in place a contract for the design, construction and commissioning of its new T Level Building project within its Radmoor Road campus in Loughborough. The works will comprise the design, construction and commissioning of a new visually appealing two storey building circa 790m2 of new teaching, training, office, and associated space constructed with the facility for future extension & expansion. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
