Work description
Overlay of existing felt roofs with new high performance bitumen felt system inc overhaul of rainwater goods, removal/reinstatement of solar PV's and targeted internal repairs where affected by water ingress. Programme 6 weeks during school summer holiday period (20th July to 1st Sept 2026.
