The aim of this research is to understand business concerns around data privacy and security and to support the viability of proposals for a Single Business Service\. This includes understanding the concerns customers may have with regard to their data being shared across government; whether and how these concerns differ according to the type of data involved, which bodies it is shared with, and for what purpose the data is shared; and how these are best addressed\.
