## Description

This specification is to replace the existing windows \(and doors if affordable within the budget\) at Kingsbury Episcopi primary school\. The window replacements are to the main school building, which dates from approximately the Victorian era and includes later addon extensions\. Existing windows are a combination of single glazed steel framed 'crittal', timber framed and PVCu framed items\. The existing windows are corroded / decayed, draughty, are poor thermal insulators and are prone to condensation\.
