Provision of 7 Navigator roles to provide intensive and direct service navigation, assertive targeted outreach and advocacy for those who are involved in the service\. Provision of 6 Associate Navigator roles and 4 Peer Mentor roles\. Associate Navigators - to provide supervised intensive and direct service navigation, assertive targeted outreach and advocacy for those who are involved in the service\. Peer Mentors - to provide 1:1 Peer Mentoring support to people experiencing multiple disadvantage \(homelessness, substance misuse, offending, mental illness and domestic abuse\) across Pennine Lancashire\.
