## Description

Hastings Borough Council is investigating the possibility of two distinct renewable energy schemes within the borough\. These include an installation of large horizontal axis wind turbines and an installation of vertical axis urban wind turbines\. The Council has prepared two market engagement questionnaires to explore and better understand the operational issues and working practices surrounding each scheme\. This market engagement exercise has also been published to the South East Shared Services Portal: https://in-tendhost\.co\.uk/sesharedservices/aspx/ProjectManage/16639 Please submit responses to the questionnaire to esph@wealden\.gov\.uk by 31st October 2017\. This is not a call for competition at this stage\.
