Work description
Lambeth council wishes to procure an integrated bureau service to manage its energy and water billing arrangements. This involves validation of expenditure, maintaining a database, the provision of carbon reporting facility and preparing Display Energy Certificates to ensure the Council meets statutory obligations for its corporate buildings and educational establishments.
