## Description

To increase organisational resilience, Worcestershire County Council \(the Council\) is seeking a contractor to deliver influenza \(flu\) vaccination services for staff who do not fall under the current NHS eligibility criteria for a free flu vaccination\. In order to maximise uptake, the Council is commissioning 2 separate services to commence in May 2023: - Lot 1: Local Pharmacy Service: a "facilitated" access and tracked service for staff to receive a flu vaccination at local pharmacies - Lot 2: On-Site Service: operating from 8 different venues within Worcestershire \(venues to be provided by the Council\) that staff are able to access by appointment\. The Contractor will deliver services under a "Lot" system as set out in the Specification\. Full details of the Services required are set out in the Service Specification\.
