Purchase of a Chargeable Garden Waste Service Management Software

Fareham Borough Council has operated a free, fortnightly garden waste collection service since 2005. In February 2022 Fareham Borough Council's sack-based garden waste collection will be replaced by a subscription based, wheeled bin service.

The Council is looking to procure a stand-alone, user-friendly management software to administer its new garden waste service.

The new garden waste scheme will be a stand-alone service that will be administered separately to the other waste and recycling services operated by Fareham Borough Council. Therefore, it is important that the management software is self-contained and can be used to run the garden waste service in its entirety.
