Asset Database and Fault Management facility

Norfolk County Council is looking to replace its asset management database system with centralised fault management facilities. The Solution is intended for managing Traffic Signal equipment and other highway-associated systems. The Solution is intended to act as a UTMC-compliant hub interfacing with the existing UTC traffic signal control system and the Traffic Signal Maintenance Supplier's Fault Management System. It is required to support daily asset management, replacing the current 'Osprey' UTMC compliant XML CDMF system.
