## Description

Norfolk County Council is looking to replace its asset management database system with centralised fault management facilities\. The Solution is intended for managing Traffic Signal equipment and other highway-associated systems\. The Solution is intended to act as a UTMC-compliant hub interfacing with the existing UTC traffic signal control system and the Traffic Signal Maintenance Supplier's Fault Management System\.
