## Description

Tees Valley Combined Authority \(TVCA\) have entered into a contract with the awarded provider to undertake fibre installation to support Smart Infrastructure Pilots Programme \(SIPP\) smart multi-purpose columns provision, inclusive of BT Open Reach Physical Infrastructure Access \(PIA\) rental and relevant warranty and maintenance of fibre and any necessary street works\. 1 year initial term, with option to extend for 4 further years on a year-by-year basis\. First option to extend utilised\.
