Purpose of commission: EEH requires consultancy support to deliver the capacity and expertise required to effectively support its local authority partners in coordinating local engagement and working with EWR to ensure all elements of the scheme, from design, delivery, Local Opportunity Plans and legacy projects are delivered with local communities' and business interests at its core\.
