## Description

Great Places Housing Group require a number of suppliers to provide Valuation and Market Appraisals across the business for a maximum three year period\. \(2\+1\) In the following areas of Coverage √ Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire and South Yorkshire Additional information: This procurement is seeking to achieve a range of providers able to offer strong insight and validation into the varying markets across the North of England\. Detailed market analysis will be required to support key strategic decisions about progressing site acquisitions whilst valuation guidance will also be required on land values, market rents and open market sales values\. This guidance will also be required to support the organisation's response to the new Voluntary Right to Buy agenda as well as existing commitments around Right to Acquire, shared ownership staircasing, property disposals and newbuild developments\. Leasehold extension and freehold value calculations may also be required\.
