GB-Saffron Walden: Heat Decarbonisation Plan

Description

Uttlesford District Council (UDC) is seeking to commission a suitably qualified consultant to produce a Heat Decarbonisation Plan (HDP) for three Council owned buildings. This includes the London Road Offices as well as part of the little Canfield Depot. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
