## Description

Lazar House, Sprowston Road, Norwich is a Historic England listed building\. The existing boiler plant room is now obsolete\. A complete boiler upgrade is required due to age and maintenance as parts are now discontinued\. As utility costs have also escalated, a modern mechanical plant is much more efficient\.
