Provision of Statutory Maintenance

Northumberland County Council requires the provision of statutory maintenance services for a number of different areas. The contract is split into the following lots:

Lot 1 - Air Conditioning Equipment Lot 2 - Automatic, Roller Shutter and Sliding Doors Lot 3 - Display Energy Surveys Lot 4 - Kitchen Canopy Cleaning Lot 5 - Machine, Kiln and Woodwaste Extraction Lot 6 - P.E. Equipment Inspection Lot 7 - Boilers, Gas Soundness and Oil Inspection Lot 8 - Access, CCTV, Sliding Gates, AFILs and Barriers Lot 9 - Passenger Lifts, Goods Lifts, Platform Lifts and Stair Lifts Lot 10 - Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting (GENT) Lot 11 - Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting (NON-GENT) Lot 12 - Water Hygiene Lot 13 - Pool Equipment Servicing Lot 14 - Building Management Systems Lot 15 - CHP Inspection and Servicing Lot 16 - Fixed Wiring Testing
