Northumberland County Council requires the provision of statutory maintenance services for a number of different areas\. Equipment Inspection Lot 7 - Boilers, Gas Soundness and Oil Inspection Lot 8 - Access, CCTV, Sliding Gates, AFILs and Barriers Lot 9 - Passenger Lifts, Goods Lifts, Platform Lifts and Stair Lifts Lot 10 - Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting \(GENT\) Lot 11 - Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting \(NON-GENT\) Lot 12 - Water Hygiene Lot 13 - Pool Equipment Servicing Lot 14 - Building Management Systems Lot 15 - CHP Inspection and Servicing Lot 16 - Fixed Wiring Testing
