55272 Re-roofing of Council Dwellings

Description

The re-roofing of flats, houses and bungalows in the East Riding of Yorkshire region. The works include all access requirements, tenant engagement, roofing works to include the replacement of all soffits and fascias and rain water goods. The works will also include the removal of asbestos materials where they are found and one-off structural items ie replacement lintels, these items will be instructed as the works proceed.
