Ascent Homes are tendering 4 works packages and are looking to appoint a subcontractor/s to carry out all roofing works and scaffolding to 39 nr plots, and all labour only brickwork and gas membrane and screed works to 147 nr plots (including garages) at Ellington. This requirement is split into four lots: • Lot 1 - Labour Only Brickwork (this will be evaluated on price and quality) • Lot 2 - Roofing (this will be evaluated on price only) • Lot 3 - Scaffolding (this will be evaluated on price only) • Lot 4 - Gas Membrane & Screed (this will be evaluated on price only) Bidders can apply for any or all lots.
