## Description

NHSBSA provide a range of nationwide central services to NHS organisations, NHS contractors, patients and the public\. These include NHS Dental Services, NHS Prescription Services, the European Health Insurance Card and NHS Help with Health Costs\. NHSBSA is working to redesign many of our patient facing services\. The programme of work will improve accessibility to our services and information for people with learning disabilities and those who struggle with literacy\. A supplier is required to create easy read versions of existing patient facing information in a format suitable for print and online, produce online videos and assist in improving accessibility to our services in the form of training sessions, focus groups, steering groups etc\. over the next 12 months\.
