Service Designer/Customer Portal/Staff Portal £26,650 Shared Services Portal \(up to 100 external users\) £8,625 Payment Connector \(Capita 360\) £1,150 Total £36,425 \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ One time set-up fee Shared Services Portal \(up to 100 external users\) £2,250 Per our G-Cloud 12 Terms and Conditions, assuming that the scope of work remains the same after the initial term, the cost of the solution will be increased in the extension periods via G-Cloud 12\. The uplift will be in line with the rate of inflation, in accordance with the Services Producer Price Inflation \(SPPI\) of the Office of National Statistics\. Any change of rates will be confirmed by Granicus, prior to an agreement to extend the initial term\.
