New users to the system must register on this site to obtain access to the council's e-tendering system (Proactis).\r \r Procurement of an organisation to manage new commercial workspace scheme targeted at the Creative Industries in Penzance, Cornwall. The operator's responsibilities will include the marketing and management of the entire building.\r \r This project is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
