Housing for International Recruitment

CLCH are currently in the process of recruiting additional staff from outside the UK to fill resourcing vacancies within the Trust. Upon arrival to begin work in the UK they will need accommodation provided. Expression of interest can be made on ProContract under reference DN456123. It is anticipated that sixty members of staff will be arriving beginning in Spring 2020. These numbers may increase or decrease and potential suppliers should be prepared for both options. Flats should have 2, 3, 4 or 5 rooms per flat, with a shared kitchen/diner, 2 WC and 2 wash facilities (one shower, one bath), fully furnished and all white goods included. Accommodation should be provided and priced on an initial two month rental agreement, with the option to continue on a periodic basis.
