Town Hall Car Park Works

Description

Fylde Town Hall is the main offices for both Council employees and Council elected members. The Town Hall is open to both public and private events while also hosting all Council meetings and being the focal point as a service provider for its residents and as a tourist information center to visiting holiday makers.Works will include but are not limited to; Re surfacing and extension of the carpark, to include the reuse of existing materials where economically possible. Landscaping. Removal of access steps to Chaseley building and the replacement in order to conform to Building regulations park M and K. Repair existing drainage and install new. A new civic garden which will be paved and planted. Remodeling of the current disabled access ramp by installing a wall to the front and repaving. Lighting scheme. New mains water pipe. Additional service ducts for future use.
