Provision of External Audit Services

Negotiated award. Ernst & Young have been YHN's Contracted external auditor for the past 4 years. They have extensive knowledge of the YHN Group. It is proposed that YHN will conduct a joint procurement exercise with NCC, Northumberland and North Tyneside, which is due in 2018/19. This is a fixed-term, 12-month agreement to ensure continuity of service provision until this re-procurement can take place.
