Work description
Procurement for the Construction of 93 new homes for social rent, shared ownership, and private for sale apartments, and an early years centre, with associated landscape improvements, demolition, site clearance, de-contamination, associated services, drainage, infrastructure and external works at Bridport Place, London, N1 5DS. An early works contract is being simultaneously procured and will be novated to this main contract.
