## Description

Further to our discussions regarding Security door upgrades at Scott House, we propose the following- The Door Entry system currently installed is to be retained but removed from both doors while the new doors are installed\. Both upper level and lower level doors and screens are to be fully removed\. New steel, powder-coated security doors and screens are to be installed\. Both will be complete with LCN door closer, stainless steel continuous finger friendly hinge, high security maglocks, stainless steel pull handle and 11\.5mm laminated security glass\. Once installed, the Door Entry panels will be re-installed with new push to exit buttons installed to both doors\. Both panels will then be re-connected and the system re-commissioned back into working order\.
