Highways England is looking to engage technical personnel to carry out a full review and gap analysis of contractual documentation from the handover of the Severn River Crossing DBFO to provide recommendations to plan for future activities needed to incorporate the appropriate asset data needs into the Asset Data Management Manual (ADMM) and enable support for the tender process to replace the existing contract
