## Description

The Council wishes to procure a contractor who has the appropriate level of experience and capability to carry out Replacement Heating and Ventilation Works in a live environment & building of this type\. Walsall Council Civic Centre is situated in Walsall Town Centre\. The building which comprises of offices, reception areas that are open to the public and meeting rooms, which must remain operational while the work is undertaken and therefore it is accepted that some work will need to be undertaken outside of normal office hours, i\.e\. during the night and or weekends\.
